The scientific article of co-author Dr. Rashad Salimov, head of the Department of Education of the Institute of Botany of ANAS was printed in high impact factor journal “Current Opinionin Environmental Sustainability” of Elsevier publishing house (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cosust.2018.02.004).
   16 young specialists from the Global Assessment Expert Group of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) were participated in the preparation of unique article entitled “Early-career experts essential for planetary sustainability”.
     The article deals with the role of young specialists in the development of new ways to solve complex problems, being a bridge between generations. Within these programs the importance of advancing trainings of young specialists for strong institutional cooperation promoting the training, intergenerational learning and exchange of ideas among future leaders of professional development have been proven by statistical facts.
