Basic scientific achievements | Anthocyanins, flavonoids, carotenoids, steroids, glycoalkaloids, betasian content of about 500 species belonging to 125 genera and 52 families are identified. 184 species anthocyanin containing, 314 species flavonoid containing, 309 species carotinoid containing, 8 species glycoalkaloid containing, 10 species a steroid containing plant species are revealed and their perspective use are demonstrated for the first time. the relationship between BAS plants with ecological groups, vital forms, geographical origin, established patterns of distribution of BAS containing plants on vertical zonation and botanical and geographical areas was firstly established. The relationship between the degree of phylogenetic development of the taxon and synthesis, structure found in these substances was revealed. It was established that the qualitative composition of BAS can be used as a criterion for determining the chemical and controversial polymorphic species. Correlation of content BAS growth, development and ecological conditions of plant growth. It was revealed that an operational stock more than 40 species have commercial value. Method to increase the yield of biologically active substances from plants is theoretically justified and experimentally proven, new ways of getting natural food colors, a preparation of anthocyanin, carotenoids, food additives and processing waste technology of rosehip, sea buckthorn etc. are developed and recommended to the industry. Normative and technical documents are developed and approved for the first time, introduced in productions of natural food colors. | |
