The newspaper "Weekly Wood Newspaper" of South Korea published an article titled "Baku Botanical Garden", authored by Daniel Quo, assistant professor at the Forestry Faculty of the Chonbuk National University of that country.

D.Kvo, who was a guest of the Central Botanical Garden in October 2017, wrote in an article about the history of the creation of the structure, existing plant collections and ongoing scientific research.

The South Korean scientist also spoke about the importance of the Eldar pine, which is an endemic and rare tree species in Azerbaijan. The author emphasized the importance of the garden for the city of Baku and told about further prospects.
