The next meeting of the board of the Young Scientists and Specialists Council (YSSC) of ANAS was held.
The event was opened by the chairman of the board, PhD in physics, associate professor Famin Salmanov and informed the participants about the issues on the agenda. He said that the 5th anniversary of the YSSC will be completed in December of the current year and in this connection the jubilee report will be given to the public and the work will be published in the form of a booklet.
Salmanov said that the council played an important role in the scientific and public activity of ANAS during the past period, in the implementation of the strategy of the academy's management on scientific youth.
The chairperson emphasized that the reports will be heard traditionally in November, and the local councils have to prepare reports on the timely basis and submit them to the relevant department secretaries.
Later, the Chairman of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of ANAS, PhD in biology, Ulduza Mehvalieva, Chairman of YSSC of Folklore Institute, Ph.D. in philology Nail Gurbanov and others made their remarks and proposals on the agenda issues.
