Academician-Secretary of ANAS, Director of the Institute of Information Technology, academician Rasim Alguliyev made a speech at the IV Republican conference on "Actual multidisciplinary scientific-practical problems of information security".

Speaking about need of development of statistical and analytical mechanisms of the websites accelerating world integration of our country, academician-secretary of ANAS noted that, collecting and the analysis of statistical data on a condition of web resources by foreign operators  have stressed the importance of carrying out scientific research in these areas, the importance of development of the statistical mechanisms in accordance with international standards.

Scientist noted that, in Azerbaijan there are serious problems in the usage of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones). He stressed that, the lack of legal base in this area leads to problems in the field of import of drones and usage of these devices, and need of preparation of the legal document certifying drones.

     Academician R.Alguliyev noted that, taking into account the experience of developed countries in this field, laws arising from international obligations should be adopted and comprehensive measures should be taken for the widespread use of legal documents in practice. And ANAS, in turn, has to cooperate with appropriate authorities in the development of draft laws.

     Scientist spoke about problems of information security in society. He noted that, there are problems in inviolability of private life and the protection of personal data.

      R.Alguliyev noted that, in developed countries, the Institute of Information Ombudsman operates, which implements the idea of the information society.

     Academician stressed the expediency of creating of such institution in our country and taking serious measures in this direction, based on international experience.
