The participants of the “Winter School of Young Biologists 2019” visited ANAS Dendrology Institute.

     At the meeting, Deputy Director of the Institute, PhD in Biology Zumrud Mammadova noted that, young people are the driving force of society, and that the project will contribute to science.

     The chairman of ANAS Council of Young Scientists and Specialists, Ph.D. Physics, associate professor Famin Salmanov, in their turn, is interested in improving the scientific knowledge of the young scientists and specialists of the institutes included in the Department of Biology and Medical Sciences of the ANAS as well as young biologists of general education institutions of the republic, and that he is guiding his future activities.

     In turn, the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists, Ph.D. Physics, associate professor Famin Salmanov noted that, the school will play a role in improving the scientific knowledge of young biologists and specialists, as well as in the direction of their future scientific activities.

     Next, school participants familiarized with scientific laboratories equipped with new technologies, and were informed about biodiversity.
