Director of the Institute of Microbiology of ANAS, academician Mammad Salmanov was relieved of his post at his own request.

Deputy Director of the ANAS Panah Muradov was appointed acting director of the institute. Decisions on this were adopted at the online meeting of the Presidium of ANAS, which was held on May 8.
