Negotiations on the peaceful return of the occupied territories of Azerbaijan as a result of the aggressive policy of Armenia have been underway for almost thirty years. Over the years, the Azerbaijani government has repeatedly stated its position on the establishment of peace in the area and the liberation of lands without the loss of manpower, the restoration of the territorial integrity of our country. However, the Armenian leadership did not accept the proposals for the peaceful return of Azerbaijani lands, preferring to violate the ceasefire on the frontline and commit provocations against the civilian population and our army.

This opinion was stated by the chairman of the Women's Organization of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of ANAS, associate professor Fazila Gasimova.
