Zarifa Aliyeva was the architect and founder of the modern independent state of Azerbaijan, a genius who dedicated her entire meaningful life to the progress of her homeland and people, a loyal life partner, loyal friend and reliable comrade-in-arms of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
