Employees of the Parasitology Laboratory of the Institute of Zoology of ANAS Dr. Biology Ali Nasirov, Ph.D. in Biology Yashar Seyidli and Ph.D. in Biology Fuad Rzayev have participated in an expedition to Mingachevir on July 9-11.

Thus, the expedition was carried out due to implement research for "studying the pathomorphological changes that occur during the application of nanoparticles to fish and their helminths in the Mingachevir reservoir and special fisheries of Gabala region."

The fish obtained from the reservoir were brought alive to the Mingachevir Scientific-Research Support Station of the Institute of Zoology and examined by full parasitological splitting method.
