The next meeting of the Presidium of the Nakhchivan Branch of ANAS was held.
The chairman of the Department, academician IsmayilHajiyev presented the agenda to the meeting participants.
The academician gave information regarding the roles arising from the Order of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 12, 2021 “On the Celebration of 100th anniversaryof KamilAliyev” and the Order of the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republicdated October 16, 2021 “On the Approval of the Action Plan dedicated to the 100th anniversary of KamilAliyev”. The scientist who gave information about the well-known representative of decorative-applied art of Azerbaijan, People’s Artist KamilAliyev noted that it is intended to dedicate a special issue of the journal “Scientific proceedings” to the activities of notable art statesmanon the occasion of his 100th anniversary.
The meeting continued with the discussions around the matters such as the preparation of reports regarding the results of the scientific-researches carried out in 2021 in the scientific institutions of Nakhchivan Department, holding of national scientific conference on “Civil War: Azerbaijan’s Victory Pathway”. The report of the auxiliary farm operating under the Institute of Bioresources was heard as well as appropriate decisions were made with regards to other matters in the agenda.
