In order to ensure the implementation of Part 2 of the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 3096 “On declaring 2022 the Year of Shusha in the Republic of Azerbaijan” dated January 5, 2022:

1. To approve “Action plan on “Year of Shusha” (is attached)
2. Actions considered in the Action Plans approved in Part I of this Order to be implemented on the account of funds allocated for the relevant executive bodies in the state budget of 2022 and other sources not prohibited by the legislation.   
3. Control of execution of this Order to assign to Department of Humanitarian Affairs of Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijani Republic
4. This Order becomes effective from the date of signing
