Institute of Botany, MSE RA in accordance with “Admission plan for doctoral and dissertation programs for the preparation of doctor of philosophy and doctor of sciences for the year 2024 of higher educational institutions, scientific institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by the Decree No. 163s of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 27, 2024 announces admission for the following specialties:

At the expense of the budget for doctoral program on the Doctor of Philosophy program:

2417.01 – “Botany” – 1 place (full-time);

2432.01 – “Biological resources” – 1 place (full-time)

2411.02 - “Plant physiology” – 2 places (1 full-time, 1 part-time);

On a paid basis for doctoral program on the Doctor of Philosophy program:

2417.01 – “Botany” – 1 place (part-time);

At the expense of the budget for dissertation program on the Doctor of Philosophy program:

2417.01 – “Botany” – 1 place

At the expense of the budget for doctoral program on the Doctor of Sciences program:

2417.01 – “Botany” – 1 place (full-time)

2432.01 – “Biological resources” – 1 place (full-time)

On a paid basis for doctoral program on the Doctor of Sciences program:

2417.01 – “Botany” – 1 place (full-time)

At the expense of the budget for dissertation program on the Doctor of Sciences program:

2417.01 – “Botany” – 1 place 

2432.01 – “Biological resources” - 1 place

Document acceptance will be done electronically through the “Centralized Education Information System” (CEIS). Acceptance of documents for doctoral program will be held through portal.edu.az of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 16.04.2024-15.05.2024.
