The Institute of Botany of the Ministry of Science and Education held civil defense exercises on “Organization of management of civil defense bodies and forces during liquidation of the consequences of emergency situations.”

Nazim Khalilov, chief of the Civil Defense headquarters of the Institute, expressed his opinion on the organization of management of bodies and forces of Civil Defense during liquidation of the consequences of emergency incidents. According to him, the main goal of the event is to study and explain the Civil Defense plan by the management team, as well as improve the skills of managers, commanders and supervisors in the implementation of Civil Defense activities.
