On 23.12.2024, a master class was held at ASPU by the General Director of the Institute of Botany, MSERA, professor Sayyara Ibadullayeva, organized by the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology. The event was attended by rector of the ASPU, Prof. Jafar Jafarov, dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology, assoc. prof. Reyhan Aghayeva, deputy dean, assoc. prof. Basti Asadova, deputy dean, assoc. prof. Karim Guliyev, heads of the department prof. Ali Zalov, assoc. prof. Anakhanim Yusifova, assoc. prof. Kamala Iskanderova, employees of the Institute of Botany, MSERA, prof. Shakir Gasimov, Dr., assoc. prof. Dilzara Aghayeva, assoc. prof., Parvana Garakhani, assoc. prof., Sevda Alverdiyeva, assoc. prof., Shakar Mukhtarova, assoc. prof., Nuri Movsumova, PhD. Nigar Mursal gizi, PhD. Gulnara Shiraliyeva, PhD. Shahla Mirzayeva, professor-teachers and students. Opening the event, deputy dean assoc. prof. Basti Asadova drew attention to the issues stipulated in the action plan of the Memorandum of Understanding signed this year with the Institute of Botany, MSE RA, evaluated this event as a result of the collaboration and gave the floor to dean, assoc. prof. Reyhan Aghayeva. She talked about the results of “Green World Solidarity Year”, as well as COP29 hosted by our country, the events held by department during this period, the established collaborations, activities of the Institute of Botany, MSERA, and scientific studies conducted by prof. Sayyara Ibadullayeva.

General Director of the Institute of Botany, MSERA, professor Sayyara Ibadullayeva presented to the audience a master class “Study and sustainable development of biodiversity in the context of climate change”. The event continued with the views and discussions of valuable educators.
