Nigar Mursal, Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Botany and Doctor of Philosophy in Biology, was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty ‘Botany’ (field of biological sciences – 2417.01) by the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 24.06.2025, in recognition of her scientific activity.
