Aynur Mehdiyeva, a PhD student at the Institute of Botany PLE of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has completed a scientific internship at Hacettepe University in Turkey.

 

During the internship, Aynur Mehdiyeva mastered the methodology for conducting palynological analyses, enhancing her theoretical and practical knowledge in this field. She carried out palynological analyses of the disputed plant species studied within her dissertation work and, based on the results obtained, conducted research aimed at clarifying the systematic position of these species.

 

The research was scientifically supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Gülşen Zare of Hacettepe University.

 

It should be noted that the scientific internship, carried out within the framework of the existing scientific cooperation between the Institute of Botany PLE and Hacettepe University, expanded the PhD student's opportunities to use modern analysis methods in the completion of her dissertation work.
