Aydan Zeynalova, Ph.D student of the Institute of Botany visited “Test Lab” of Agricultural University of Georgia on 04-12 March 2018. The mission was carried out in order to implement the scientific-research works and increase the scientific experience.
     Aydan Zeynalova conducted complex chromatographic and chemical analysis based on the modern international methods to determine the chemical composition of leaf and flowers of pomegranate plant (Punica granatum L. species). As a result of conducted analysis 6 anthocyans and 11 phenols were found in the flower of pomegranate. At the same time the principles of working of high effective fluid chromatography and the rules of conducting chemical analysis were learned from the specialists of “Test Lab”.
