Civil Defense training of guiding personnel according to the plan of Civil defense actions was held at the Institute of Botany of ANAS in 2018.
      Opening the meeting, Dr. Eldar Novruzov, deputy director on the scientific affairs of the Institute stressed the importance of actions taken for timely prevention of consequences of emergency events.
     Nazim Khalilov, chair of Civil Defense headquarter trained the members of civil defense group on the organization of management of civil defense organ and forces, improvement of continuous management in emergency situations and increasing the capabilities of commander.
