The State Examination Center call for applications for graduate degree programs in all universities of Azerbaijan Republic and Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) for 2019/2020 academic year.

     For admission to the magistracy of higher educational institutions and scientific organizations, application forms are to be filled out by bachelors on the official website of the Center "Electronic Bachelor Application" ekabinet.dim.gov.az from February 1 to February 11, 2019.

      Using the login and password of the “Electronic Cabinet” from 10:00 on February 1 to 23:59 on February 11, entering the page (http://eservices.dim.gov.az/erizemag/erize) the bachelor fills out the “Electronic Bachelor Application” and confirms her.

     The entrance exam is conducted in two stages in a centralized manner. The first stage takes place on February 24, 2019, and the second on May 26. The first stage is to evaluate the general level of intelligence (logical thinking) of the bachelor (50 questions, 5 of them are open), the level of knowledge in computer science (25, 5 of them are open) and a foreign language (25, 5 of them are open).

     Bachelors, whose results of the assessment of general intelligence (logical thinking), computer science and a foreign language meet the conditions of the competition set by the Center in consultation with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan are admitted to the knowledge assessment examinations in specialty subjects. Bachelors passing the second stage must complete a written job or test items. Bachelors who wish to enroll in specialized magistracies requiring special abilities must pass an examination to identify special abilities. Exam time takes 2:30 minutes at the first stage and second stage-1:30 minutes.

    The choice of specialty for admission to the magistracy is carried out after the announcement of the results of the exam in the assessment of knowledge in the specialties of disciplines.
