Institute of Physiology jointly with Oncologic Clinic of the Azerbaijan Medical University held a scientific seminar devoted to the “Science Day”on March 28.

     Director of the Institute of Physiology, Doctor of Biology Sciences Ulduz Hashimova spoke on the importance of “Science Day”. Then, Director congratulated the staff of the institute on “Science Day”, and wished them success in their research activities.

     U.Hashimova said that, the institute has expanded its research in the field of gerontology and biomedicine in recent years.

     It is noted that, the institute is a participant of 11 research projects which supported by the Science Development Foundation under the President of the Republic.

     At the scientific seminar, head of the Department of Research Institute of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductology named after D.O.Ott İqor Kvetnoy. Co-author of the report is the head of the laboratory of this institute, prof. Victoria Polyakova, head of the laboratory of the Institute of Physiology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus L.Nikolayevich also delivered paper.
