Within the framework of the Joint Program of the Cooperation Agreement signed between the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and the Council for Scientific and Technical Research of Turkey (TUBITAK), a competition has been announced for scientists from universities, research centers and scientific institutions of Azerbaijan and Turkey. 

The competition is valid from December 11, 2019 to March 6, 2020. Proposals should be prepared in English by partner groups from Turkey and Azerbaijan.
