A tree-planting campaign dedicated to November 8 - Victory Day has started in the Central Botanical Garden of ANAS.

During the action with the participation of employees of the enterprise, the area where the trees were planted was cleared of stones, bushes, waste, dried tree stumps and brought to a state ready for planting.

In total, about 5000 ornamental and fruit trees were planted and agro-technical care was provided to the trees. At the same time, new flowers were planted at the entrance to the garden, and the infrastructure was renewed.

The management plans to install an irrigation system to care for the newly planted trees.

It should be noted that the quality of work in the Central Botanical Garden is constantly monitored by the management. At present, communication and power lines are being laid and light poles are being renewed using the latest technologies as part of the landscaping work carried out on an area of about 3 hectares.

A collection of roses has recently been established in the Central Botanical Garden, and fruit seedlings have been brought from the southern region. It is planned to create collection areas in each corner of Azerbaijan in the garden, as well as to bring collection samples from foreign countries.
