The landscaping work carried out in the Central Botanical Garden of ANAS under the leadership of the general director of this enterprise Natig Allahverdiyev and the executive director Hasan Babayev is successfully continued. Thus, seasonal pruning of trees and shrubs is carried out in the garden area, ornamental plants are planted, necessary agro-technical care is provided to the existing greenery.

Taking into account the spread of pests and pathogens in the garden, large-scale control measures are being implemented. An “Ultimatum” pesticide is used against harmful insects and pathogens in tree trunks.

It should be noted that the main reason for the spread of trunk worms in trees is that the garden has been neglected for years and proper agro-technical maintenance is not provided.
