PhD in biology Nuri Movsumova, an employee of the Institute of Botany of ANAS, participated in the project dedicated to "strengthening the quality assurance of education at the doctoral level and the accreditation process of scientific research institutions in Azerbaijan".

The project was financed by the European Union and was implemented by the consortium led by the "IBF" company under the High Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The participants of the project were trained by Akim Hopbak, Emil Asgarov and Elchin Hajiyev. Akim Hopbakh, chief expert on accreditation, spoke about the purpose, duties and importance of the "internal quality assurance process rules" for the accreditation of scientific institutions. Akim Hopbak gave extensive information about the procedural rules of accreditation, the duties of the managers of scientific institutions and organizations, the requirements for the preparation of the self-evaluation report, the interviews to be conducted on-site, and answered numerous questions of the seminar participants in detail.

At the end of the training, certificates were presented to the participants.
