The general director of the Institute of Botany of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, doctor of biological sciences, professor Sayyare Ibadullayeva was awarded the Honorary Order of the Sabail Regional Organization of NAP. Mukhtar Nagiyev, the chairman of the New Azerbaijan Party Sabail district organization, presented the Honorary Decree to Professor S. Ibadullayeva, who was awarded for her active participation in the social and political life of the organization and congratulated her on this occasion.

S. Ibadullayeva expressed her gratitude to the NAP Sabail regional organization for its high appreciation of its activity, and also for the kind words and sincere wishes she said about Mukhtar Nagiyev, the head of the organization. The professor noted that the policy pursued by President Ilham Aliyev sets new tasks for the scientific community of Azerbaijan. The territorial integrity of our country was ensured with the liberation of our holy lands from occupation. A historical opportunity was created for scientists to conduct research in Karabakh. For this reason, we are grateful to Commander-in-Chief Muzaffar, and as scientists, we are ready to value this chance at the highest level and work tirelessly to conduct extensive research for the study of Karabakh flora.
