According to the decision of the Presidium of ANAS dated December 08, 2022, the General Director of the Botany Institute of the Ministry of Science and Education of the AR, doctor of biological sciences, professor Sayyare Ibadullayeva, and  Head of the Department of Plant Resources, doctor of biological sciences, Professor Eldar Novruzov were awarded with the Order of Honor of ANAS for their research on Karabakh-Shushab topic during the "Year of Shusha" announced by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The honorary decree was presented to the employees at the international conference dedicated to the results of the work done within the framework of the "Year of Shusha" at ANAS on the topic "Shushaname of the Academy: literary-historical tradition and vision of the future".
