Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of the  Botany Institute, PhD in biology Aydan Zeynalova, participated in the webinar "Safety and Security Management in the Laboratory" organized by COMSTECH (Committee for Scientific and Technological Cooperation of Organization of Islamic Cooperation) in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. Within the framework of the webinar, discussions were held on the selection and use of personal protective equipment for the protection of human health in the laboratory for workers, researchers and students, management and safe disposal of waste generated during research, and environmental protection. At the end of the webinar, Aydan Zeynalova was awarded a certificate by the general coordinator of COMSTECH, Prof. Dr. Iqbal Chaudari.
