A meeting of the Women's Council was held at the Institute of Botany of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. PhD Aygun Mammadova, the chairman of the Women's Council opened the meeting and pointed out that 70 percent of the employees of the institute are women.  She talked about the undeniable role of women in both scientific and social activities in the modern era.  The chairman pointed out the qualities of some young people as innovators, creativity and outlook, put forward the initiative that it is important to actively participate in the events organized by the institute, and asked other female employees to support them.  At the end, the meeting participants expressed their suggestions.
