The International Scientific-Practical Conference “Modern Approaches in the Study of the Plant Kingdom” dedicated to the “Year of Heydar Aliyev” continues with section meetings at the Institute of Botany of the Ministry of Science and Education of RA.

On the second day of the conference, three section meetings were held under the co-chairmanship of the General Director of the Institute of Botany, Professor Sayyara Ibadullayeva.

Presentations on various topics in the following areas were heard at the section meeting: "Current state of flora and vegetation", "National parks and reserves", "Rare and endangered plants", "Ethnobotany", "Modern directions of geobotany", "Mycology and microbiology", "Plant anatomy and morphology", “Inspection of flora biodiversity in areas liberated from the occupation", "Biochemistry, biotechnology of useful plants and acquisition of biologically active substances", "Folk medicine, aromatherapy, phytotherapy and phytopreparations", "Introduction and industrial importance of plant cultivation"

Extensive discussions were held on the topics and questions were answered.

At the end, the participants were presented with a certificate.
