The next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Botany, MSERA.

The meeting was attended by the Institute's leadership, members of the Scientific Council, heads of departments and laboratories, and employees.

Director General of the Institute of Botany, Professor Sayyara Ibadullayeva, noted that necessary steps will be taken to implement the issues arising from the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on additional measures to optimize the activities of scientific institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and increase their efficiency. He also made a number of suggestions and instructions to increase the effectiveness of the Institute's activities and develop the scientific environment.

Finally, other issues on the agenda were discussed.
