The next meeting of the Society of Azerbaijan Botanists Public Union was held at the Institute of Botany, MSERA. At the meeting, the chairman of the Society, Dr., Professor Sayyara Ibadullayeva, introduced the participants to the issues on the agenda.

Discussions were held on the future activities of the Society and a 3-year report on financial issues was brought to the attention of the members.

At the end, the co-chairman of the SAB, Dr., Professor Shakir Gasimov, the deputy for Nakhchivan AR, Academician, Doctor of Sciences, Professor Tariyel Talibov, and the deputy for Ganja, corresponding member of ANAS, Dr., Professor Vagif Novruzov, made suggestions and recommendations.
