PhD Narmin Sadigova, an employee of the Institute of Botany, MSERA a senior researcher at the Laboratory of Ecology and Geography of Higher Plants participated in online training courses titled “GIS for Climate Action” and “Going Places with Spatial Analysis” provided by ESRI (ESRI Training – MOOC), an American company known worldwide for its ArcGIS software products, the founder of Geographic Information Systems. N.Sadiqaova successfully completed the 6-week training period and was awarded 2 certificates signed by ESRI President Jack Dangermond.

  1. Sadigova received relevant registered certificates by participating in the training “Geospatial Analysis with ArcGIS” conducted by Eric Howard, a Geospatial Data Specialist at UC Davis University (California), and "Introduction to GIS Mapping" conducted by Don Boyes, a GIS education specialist at the University of Toronto (Canada), as well as the training “Satellite Remote Sensing Data Bootcamp With Opensource Tools” conducted by Packt (United Kingdom), a company that provides training in programming and information technologies.
