On June 16, 2026, the Final State Attestation (defense of graduation theses) was held at the Department of Biology of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Agriculture at Nakhchivan State University for students majoring in 050501–Biology (full-time) and 050505–Biology (part-time).

The attestation commission was chaired by Professor Sayyara İbadullayeva, Director of the Institute of Botany PLE of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the defense, students presented their research works dedicated to relevant topics in the field of biology. The presentations were listened to by the commission members, questions were asked on the topics, and the students’ level of preparation was evaluated. The scientific level of the graduation theses, as well as the professional training of the students, were assessed positively by the commission.

At the end of the event, Professor Sayyara İbadullayeva congratulated the graduates and wished them success in their future scientific and professional activities.
