The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Botany of ANAS was held.
A number of issues related to the activities of the institute were discussed at the event.
The meeting was opened by the Director General of the institute, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Sayyara Ibadullayeva, who acquainted the council members with the current issues. S. Ibadullayeva congratulated the head of the Department of Plant Resources, Dr. prof. Eldar Novruzov on his 80th birthday, the head of the Department of Experimental Botany, Associate Professor Aladdin Gadimov on his 60th anniversary and wished them long life and good health.
Executive Director of the Institute, Dr. Shakir Gasimov gave detailed information about the results of the attestation held this year to determine the level of professionalism and suitability of employees of the institute for their positions.
In the end, other issues on the agenda were discussed with council members, and unanimous decisions were made.
S. Ibadullayeva expressed her remarks and suggestions on all issues and gave instructions on the work to be done.
